Before you call
What are your hours?
We're open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We're closed Sunday. If your system has failed outside those hours, we do offer after-hours service, see below.
Do you offer emergency or after-hours service?
Yes. If your heating or cooling has failed outside normal hours, especially in a Houston summer, we provide after-hours convenience service for an additional Any Time Convenience Service Fee. Don't wait on the contact form for an emergency, call us directly at (281) 550-9300 and we'll respond.
How quickly can someone come out?
For non-urgent requests we typically respond within one business day. When a system fails in a Houston summer it is not a good time to wait, so for anything urgent, call us directly at (281) 550-9300 rather than using the form, that is the fastest way to reach us.
What areas do you serve?
We provide residential service across West Houston, Memorial, and Spring Branch, Texas, and commercial service throughout Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. Not sure if we reach your area? Give us a call and we'll let you know right away.
What information should I have ready when I call?
It helps to have your address, a sense of the problem you are seeing or hearing, the approximate age of your system if you know it, and any recent service history.
